+ What is the cost of your services?

Our Deep Cleaning service iis hourly rated. Regular Cleaning is calculated based on square footage. Every home is unique, so we’ll provide an exact quote once we know the details of your space and your cleaning needs.

+Who provides the house cleaning equipment?

We bring all our own professional cleaning supplies and products to every appointment. We only ask that you provide trash bags and a vacuum cleaner for your home.

+What’s included in your flat-rate services?

Our Regular Cleaning includes: dusting, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, vacuuming, mopping floors, and tidying up.

Our Deep Cleaning includes everything from regular cleaning plus: windows, blinds, walls, baseboards, doors, appliances (inside and out), inside the oven and refrigerator, and cleaning under furniture like beds and sofas.

+Do I need to be home on the day of cleaning?

We ask that you are present for your first cleaning, so we can review your preferences and access details. After that, it’s completely up to you! You don’t need to be home as long as we can enter safely and there are no issues with pets.

+How do I pay for my cleaning services?

We offer flexible payment options — you can pay via Venmo, Cash App, check, cash, Zelle, or directly through our website. Payment is due after the service is completed, unless otherwise arranged.

+Will I have the same cleaner each visit? We always try to assign the same cleaner to your home for consistency and comfort. However, occasional substitutions may occur due to illness or vacation — but we’ll always inform you in advance and ensure the same level of quality every time.
